What ITAR registration governs Nightmare Armor exports?
Nightmare Armor LLC is registered with the U.S. Department of State Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) under registration code M39072. Plate sets at Level III+ and Level IV are controlled under USML Category I. We process export licenses through the Department of State and Department of Commerce as applicable.
Which allied nations is Nightmare Armor licensed to ship to?
We currently hold active export licensing or open authorization covering 23 allied nations across NATO, Five Eyes, and select FMS-eligible partners. A country-by-country eligibility matrix is provided on request to verified resellers, including end-use statement templates.
What end-use statement is required for an allied-nation RFQ?
Allied-nation RFQs require a signed DSP-83 nontransfer and end-use statement, an end-user certificate on the purchasing agency's letterhead, and a copy of the importer's defense trade or homeland-security license. Our export desk pre-fills the supplier sections and returns the package within two business days.
Can a foreign distributor resell Nightmare Armor plates to third countries?
Only with a pre-approved re-export authorization routed through DDTC. We do not authorize blanket resale rights. Each third-country transfer requires its own license determination, and we provide a written re-export policy to every distributor at onboarding.
